Social media attacks Oppong Nkrumah for using ‘Papa No’ in parliament

Information Minister and Member of Parliament(MP) for Ofoase-Ayerebi in the Eastern Region Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has come under fire for using ‘PAPA NO’ in Parliament.

The Information Minister while making his submission on the floor of Parliament on a debate on the 1billion Dollars minerals royalties agreement used the quote that has become infamous with ‘Slay Queens’.

The Member of Parliament said “Mr. Speaker, I want to encourage our colleagues on the other side, I want to encourage my good friend who just spoke. In my home town, we will say PAPA NO. I want to encourage PAPA NO to take some time and follow the structure of this conversation. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, for the opportunity”.

His comment has brought about fury in members of the National Democratic Congress who have take the Minister to the cleaners on various social media platforms.

These party fanatics are using several unprintable descriptions for the Minister in charge of Information after the Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu said he has lost his respect for introducing the PAPA NO on the floor of Parliament.

Here are some reactions from social media

Dear KOJO OPPONG NKRUMAH, you had the gut to call JM names in parliament. A shameless gay like you. When Your friend, Dennis’ ex-wife begins to talk about how he caught you in bed with her husband, you will drop your presidential ambitions. Fool!!!

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah must explain what he was shamefully caught in bed doing with another man. You think you can throw dust on Mahama and be free…Watch out for the Mud you are about to drown in…You think we don’t know? Shame on you. More to unfold…

He started when he was lobbying to be Deputy Finance Minister. They have traveled together a couple of times. Shame on You! Very soon , we will drop pics. You can’t be this DIRTY and come after JM.
