OV quits Burniton Music Group, Walks away with Blakk Cidi

MTN Hitmaker fame Okailey Verse, best known as OV, who became a signee at Burniton Music Group after winning the season 7 of the reality show is reported to have quit the label.

Information reaching this website indicates that, the uprising female Dancehall groover is nomore with Stonebwoy’s BMG and has walked away with Blakk Cidi (Stonebwoy’s former manager) after Kelvin Boy.

A Facebook post spotted by this website, scripted by a very close person to Stonebwoy’s management, Ayisha Modi indicates the above.

Ayisha’s post communicates how disrespectful Okailey Verse (OV) has been to the BMG management offlate and how she has become so ungrateful to have betrayed Stonebwoy to walk away with Blakk Cidi from Burniton Music Group.

Ayisha Modi writes:

Castro use to say that there are some animals that are far better than humans. I don’t know how ppl get that kind of evil heart not to appreciate the little things others do for them. Letter to OV Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow

Being thankful . . . living life with gratitude . . . is contagious. When you take the time to thank those in your life, thank those who make a difference, you set an example for others to follow. A simple “thank you” lets others know your appreciation, and it also encourages a culture of gratitude.

As we reflect on the many blessings in our lives, as we give thanks for the loved ones, friends and colleagues in our lives that give us strength and support, we are grateful for the peace and joy we share together. The seed for tomorrow’s vision is sown in our success and gratitude of today. Continue to cultivate an attitude of gratitude . . . it is essential to a great yield for tomorrow.

“Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others”

Gratitude is defined as “a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation, as for gifts or favours” and “a sense of obligation” and a “state of being grateful”

Words to help remember and reframe the gratitude in us all:

“Saying thank you is more than good manners. It is good spirituality.” I have been in this fucking industry soo long that I have seen it all, so u can’t show me nothing;; your disrespectful behavior won’t take u anywhere OV I have seen ur type come and go so am so fucking not surprised one bit.
