The management Highly Spiritual record label has divulged a presser to register their concern over the song theft allegations levelled against their artiste, Mr Drew.
A presser endorsed by Mr David Kojo Kyei best known as Kaywa, the CEO of Highly Spiritual record label states that the song was a cover version of the original performed by Nigerian-American actor Rotimi.
According to him, their label is privy to all copyright Infringement laws and his firm wouldn’t do such a thing intentionally.
Emphatically, Kaywa has stated that there was a miscommunication between their digital publisher and that of Rotimi’s which caused them to block the video on copyright fields but they are still in talks with the rightful outfit whiles they keep a cordial relationship between Mr Drew and Rotimi.
Mr Drew has had his new song “EAT’ featuring Stonebwoy blocked on all streaming sites and digital music stores on copyright infringement field.
The song sampled Nigerian-American actor and singer, Rotimi’s “Love Riddim”.
