The Ghana Health Service is gearing up to commence training on COVID-19 after Ghana has record 93 confirmed cases and 4 deaths as at 25th March 2020.
This is a training mean for all Ghana health service medical directors/superintendents in the Ashanti Region including all CHAG and Private health facilities.
According to ta presser released by the Ashanti Regional Ghana Health Service directorate, the training will surround the acquisition of knowledge to detect, isolate and clinically manage all cases of COVID-19.
The training will only last for two days and its expected that over 450 members will receive training to re-train and sensitize frontline at all level of care within the region.
The training according to the regional health directorate will be in two batches, starting from 26th March to 1st April 2020 at the SDA NTC at exactly 8; 00 AM.
