COVID-19 in Ghana: “Politics is deeper and dangerous than any known virus” – Saddick Adams admits

Sports presenter and reporter, Saddick Adams has made a pensive statement on his twitter pager over the outbreak of COVID-19 in Ghana and its political menace.

According to the former Atinka Fm’s head of sports, “The day we as Ghanaians stop politicising everything and put country first in important matters, we will start winning together as a country”

This assertion was triggered after the Ministry of Health headed by Mr Kwaku Manu in presser had addressed the nation on a case of Coronavirus in Ghana.

The opposition political parties and a section of Ghanaians are promulgating that, the ministry of health only wants to squander the $100M budgeted by the government to fight the pandemic disease, hence they reported a positive case a day after the president has made such known.

Saddick Adams further his statement to admit that “Unfortunately looks impossible and that is how we will never win big. To us, politic is deeper and dangerous than any known virus”

Currently, Ghana has recorded two COVID-19 cases. According to the health ministry, these are imported cases as a Norwegian and a Turkish were tested positive but not a Ghanaian.
